Check your inbox first
Open the Nikdoo setup email on another device if possible, so your phone can scan the QR code. Keep the email private: an eSIM QR code should not be shared.
Before starting, connect to reliable Wi-Fi, confirm your phone supports eSIM, and make sure it is carrier-unlocked.
Install on iPhone
- Open the Camera app and scan the QR code from your Nikdoo email.
- Tap the “Cellular Plan Detected” notification.
- Tap Continue, then Add Cellular Plan.
- Label the new line “Nikdoo” or “Travel” so it is easy to recognize.
- Open Settings → Cellular and choose the Nikdoo line for mobile data.
- Turn off Cellular Data Switching to avoid accidental roaming through your primary SIM.
Install on Android
- Open Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network.
- Select Add Carrier, Add eSIM, or Download a SIM, depending on your device.
- Scan the QR code from your Nikdoo email.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to add the plan.
- Rename the eSIM “Nikdoo” or “Travel.”
- Select Nikdoo for mobile data and disable automatic data switching.
Activate your data plan
After installing the profile, sign in to My Account and activate your purchased data plan before use. Keep your setup email until your eSIM is working.
