Using the service
By creating an account, purchasing an eSIM, or using Nikdoo services, you agree to these terms and applicable plan conditions. You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
eSIM delivery and installation
Your QR code and setup instructions are communicated to the email supplied at checkout and made available in My Account. You are responsible for confirming device compatibility and carrier-unlocked status before purchase. A QR code may be limited to installation on one compatible device.
Plans, credit, and coverage
Plans are prepaid and subject to their stated data allowance, validity period, destination list, and network availability. Coverage, speed, and service quality depend on local partner networks, geography, congestion, compatible technology, and device settings. Credit and eSIM validity rules shown during purchase form part of these terms.
Charges and taxes
Prices are displayed before confirmation. VAT or other taxes may apply. Your bank or payment provider may charge separate currency or processing fees.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, automated, or network-disruptive activity. Nikdoo may restrict or suspend service where reasonably necessary to protect users, networks, or comply with law.
Liability
Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to applicable law, Nikdoo is not responsible for indirect losses or circumstances outside reasonable control, including local-network outages or incompatible devices.
