- To process orders and communicate your eSIM QR code and setup instructions by email.
- To provide connectivity, balance information, plan activation, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- To improve the website and service with consent where required.
Sharing
Information may be shared with network operators, eSIM provisioning partners, payment processors, hosting and email providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Providers should receive only the information needed to perform their service.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as necessary for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable law. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free.
